Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026. This policy applies to the website at redroxz.buzz and to the salt block bench operated by Redroxz limited liability company.

This privacy policy explains how personal information is handled by Redroxz limited liability company when a visitor reads this website, sends a brief to the bench, buys a crate or brings stone back for reseal. The developer responsible for the technical build and maintenance of this website is RedRoxz, working for Redroxz limited liability company at 580 E Virginia St, Murray - 84107-5024, United States (US). The policy is written so a buyer, an installer, a trade partner or an ordinary visitor can understand what happens to their details without needing a legal dictionary.

The bench sells stone, not information. We ask for only the details a crating, shipping or reseal job truly requires, we keep them for as long as the work and the records demand, and we do not sell them to anyone. The sections below set out that position in detail.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the website at redroxz.buzz and every page published under that domain, including the home page, the services page, the contact page, this privacy policy and the terms of service. It also covers the information a person gives us when they write to the bench, call the depot, visit the yard in person or send stone back for reseal.

It does not cover websites run by other businesses, including marketplace listings, courier tracking pages or social media profiles that may mention our name. Those services publish their own privacy notices, and their handling of information is their responsibility rather than ours. If a partner page links back to us, the policy you are reading governs only the part of the journey that happens on our own domain.

The policy applies to every visitor in the same way. We do not run separate versions of the site for different regions, and we do not tailor advertising to a visitor based on where they are located.

2. Who controls the information

The controller of personal information described here is Redroxz limited liability company, a company operating a salt stone bench and trading business from its depot. The full postal address is:

Redroxz limited liability company
580 E Virginia St
Murray - 84107-5024
United States (US)
Email: support@redroxz.buzz
Phone: +19796004184

The person who answers the depot email and the depot phone is authorised to handle privacy requests. A written request sent to the email address above will reach the bench directly. A call to the number above will be logged and passed to the same person, so a caller does not need to repeat the request in writing unless we ask for a signature or proof of identity.

Where this policy says we, us or our, it refers to Redroxz limited liability company and the people who work at its bench. It does not refer to any third party.

3. Information we collect

We collect information in three broad ways: details a person gives us on purpose, details created while a job runs, and a small amount of technical information produced by any ordinary web request.

3.1 Details given on purpose

  • Name, business name and the role of the person writing to us.
  • Email address and, where a delivery is arranged, a phone number.
  • Billing address and shipping address for a crate or a pallet.
  • The content of a message, brief, drawing or photograph sent to the bench.
  • Order details such as the service chosen, the size requested, the finish and the quantity.
  • Payment references created by our bank or payment provider, which we see but do not control.

3.2 Details created while a job runs

  • Inspection notes, weight readings and grade marks recorded on the bench sheet.
  • Photographs of a finished piece taken before it is crated for the buyer.
  • Test results for heat, moisture or burn behaviour carried out at the depot.
  • Correspondence about a change of address, a delay, a replacement or a reseal.

3.3 Technical information

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records the requesting address, the time of the request, the page asked for and the browser string supplied by the device. This is ordinary server logging used to keep the site online and to spot abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of a visitor and we do not combine it with the details of an order.

4. Messages sent from the website

The contact page carries a form with four fields: name, email, subject and message. The form is built to hand the finished text to the mail program on the visitor device rather than to store it on the site. When a visitor presses the send button, the page prepares an email addressed to support@redroxz.buzz and opens it in the mail application the visitor already uses. Nothing is transmitted to our server by that action; the email travels only when the visitor chooses to send it from their own program.

This design is deliberate. It means the website holds no message database and no inbox that could be breached. It also means the visitor can read the full text, edit it, add an attachment or decide not to send it at all. Once the message arrives at the depot inbox, it is treated as ordinary business correspondence and is handled under the retention rules in this policy.

If a mail program does not open on a device, the visitor can copy the address support@redroxz.buzz into any email tool and send the same details by hand. The bench treats both routes identically.

5. Order and crate records

A salt stone order produces a paper and digital record, because a crate has to be traceable. When a buyer confirms a job, the bench opens a file that carries the buyer name, the delivery address, the service, the grade, the finished weight, the lot mark and the test note for that piece. This file is what allows us to answer a question months later about which seam a slab came from or which finish was laid on a wall panel.

For wholesale lots, the file also records the pallet layout and the shipping window agreed with the buyer. For reseal work, it records the condition of the stone on arrival, the moisture reading before and after the work, and the finish applied. For custom cuts, it holds the signed dimension sheet and any drawing number that was agreed in writing.

These records contain personal details only where a person name or a delivery address is part of the job. The inspection notes themselves describe stone, not people, and are not used for any other purpose.

6. Why we are allowed to process information

Where data protection law asks a business to name a lawful basis, we rely on four of them.

6.1 Performing a contract

We process a buyer name, delivery address and order details because that is necessary to cut, pack and ship the stone the buyer has ordered, and to respond to a reseal request the buyer has placed.

6.2 Legitimate interests

We keep inspection records, order files and ordinary correspondence because a trade bench has a real interest in being able to trace a piece, resolve a complaint and answer a safety question. We keep server logs so the site stays online. We weigh that interest against the privacy of the people involved and we limit what we collect to what that interest actually needs.

6.3 Consent

Where we would like to use a photograph of a finished piece on the website or in a trade card, we ask the person who sent it, or the buyer who commissioned it, for clear permission first. Permission can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the depot, and the image is then removed from the site within a reasonable period.

6.4 Legal obligation

We keep financial and tax records because the law requires it, and we may disclose information where a valid legal demand compels us to do so. We will tell the person affected where the law allows us to.

7. How we use the information

We use personal information for a short and specific list of tasks.

  • Answering a question sent to the depot or through the contact form.
  • Preparing a quote for a cooking kit, a wall panel set, a lamp fitting, a custom cut, a wholesale lot or a reseal job.
  • Cutting, finishing, testing and crating the stone once an order is confirmed.
  • Arranging carriage with a courier or freight partner and sharing the delivery address needed to complete the journey.
  • Issuing a receipt and keeping the accounting record that the law requires.
  • Handling a replacement, a damage claim or a warranty question about a piece already supplied.
  • Keeping the website running and protecting it from automated abuse.

We do not use personal information to send marketing email to people who have not asked for it, and we do not rent, sell or trade a contact list. A trade buyer who asks to be told when a new lot is graded can be added to a simple notice list, and can leave that list at any time by replying to any message from the bench.

8. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set advertising cookies, does not run a third party tracking pixel and does not use a marketing tag manager. The pages are static documents with a stylesheet and a small script that controls the mobile menu, the scroll reveal and the contact form. Those functions run in the browser and do not require a cookie to be stored on the device.

The server may keep a short lived technical record, such as a rate limit entry, to stop a script from hammering the site. That record is not used to identify a person and it expires quickly. If we ever add a function that needs a persistent cookie, this section will be updated before the function goes live, and the change will be listed in the change note near the top of the page.

A visitor who wants to block cookies entirely can do so in the browser settings. Because the site does not depend on cookies for its core pages, blocking them will not stop a reader from viewing the services, the contact details or this policy.

9. Sharing with other parties

We share information only where a job cannot be completed without it, and only the details that the task needs.

  • Couriers and freight partners receive a name, a delivery address, a phone number where one is required for the route, and the crate or pallet count.
  • Banks and payment providers receive the amount and reference needed to settle an invoice. We do not see or store a full card number.
  • An accountant or bookkeeping service may see invoices and receipts for the purpose of tax and financial reporting.
  • A professional adviser may see a file if a dispute, a claim or a legal question requires advice.
  • A public authority may receive information where a valid legal obligation compels disclosure.

Every party that receives information in this way is expected to use it only for the task described and to protect it to a reasonable standard. We do not authorise any of them to use our customer details for their own marketing.

10. Shipping and carriers

Stone is heavy and a crate travels through several hands. To reduce the chance of a failed delivery, we give the carrier the address, a contact name and a phone number for the receiving site, along with a note about access, a loading dock, a lift or a stair where the buyer has told us one is needed. We do not give a carrier any information about the contents beyond what is needed for handling and insurance, and we do not give a carrier permission to use a buyer contact for anything other than the delivery.

Tracking pages run by a carrier are outside our control. If a buyer sends us a tracking link or a delivery photograph, we treat it as part of the order record. If a buyer prefers that a phone number not be passed to a carrier, they can say so before dispatch, and we will ask the receiving site to coordinate the final step instead.

11. How long we keep records

We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for.

  • General enquiries that do not become an order are removed once the conversation has clearly ended and no follow up is expected, usually within a year.
  • Order files, including the lot sheet, the inspection note and the delivery details, are kept for the period during which a warranty or a traceability question could reasonably arise.
  • Financial and tax records are kept for the period required by the law that applies to the business.
  • Reseal records are kept so that a later owner of the same piece can be told which finish was applied and when.
  • Server logs are kept for a short window and then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course of system maintenance.

When a retention period ends, the record is deleted or, where deletion is not practical, reduced to a form that no longer identifies a person. We do not keep a copy for a possible future use that has not been defined.

12. How we protect the information

We take a practical approach to security. The depot is a working yard, so the protection is built around the way the bench actually runs.

  • Paper bench sheets are held in a locked cabinet at the end of the day.
  • Digital order files sit on a device that requires a login and is not shared with visitors to the yard.
  • Email accounts that receive customer messages use a strong password and a second factor where the provider supports it.
  • Only the people who need a file to do their job at the bench can open it.
  • The website is kept free of a message database, so a breach of the site cannot expose the content of enquiries.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect a person in a significant way, we will notify the people affected and the relevant authority where the law requires it, and we will explain what happened and what we have changed.

13. Your rights and choices

Depending on where a person lives, the law may give them a set of rights over their personal information. We honour the following rights for everyone who writes to us, regardless of region.

  • The right to ask what information we hold and to receive a copy of it.
  • The right to ask us to correct a detail that is wrong or incomplete.
  • The right to ask us to delete information where there is no remaining contract, legal or traceability reason to keep it.
  • The right to ask us to restrict how information is used while a question about it is resolved.
  • The right to object to a use that rests on our legitimate interest.
  • The right to ask for a portable copy of information given to us by the person concerned.
  • The right to withdraw permission for a photograph or a testimonial at any time.

To exercise a right, write to support@redroxz.buzz with a clear description of the request. We may ask for enough detail to confirm identity, such as the email address used for the order, so that we do not hand a file to the wrong person. We answer within a reasonable period and we do not charge for a routine request. If a request concerns a legal record that we must keep, we will explain the limit and delete everything else that can be removed.

14. Privacy for Children

This website sells stone and trade supplies to adults and to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from a child. A cooking kit or a lamp fitting is not offered as a product for a young person to use without adult supervision, and the site has no feature aimed at a younger audience.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent a message to the depot, they can write to support@redroxz.buzz and ask for it to be removed. We will delete the message and any record tied to it unless a legal reason requires that we keep a copy, and we will confirm the deletion in writing.

15. International visitors

The bench and its records are held in the United States, at the Murray depot. A visitor from another country who writes to us or orders a crate should understand that their details will be handled under the law of the United States and, where a shipment abroad is arranged, that a carrier will also process the delivery details in its own country.

Where a transfer of personal information is needed to fulfil an order, we limit the transfer to the details the job requires and we ask the receiving party to protect them. For a routine enquiry that does not become an order, nothing is transferred at all, because the message simply sits in the depot inbox.

16. Links to other websites

These pages may link to a map service, a courier tracking page or a trade directory. Those sites are run by other organisations and this policy does not apply to them. We check that a link is relevant when we add it, but we do not control the content a destination site later publishes, and we are not responsible for how it treats a visitor.

If a linked page asks for information that seems unrelated to the reason the visitor followed the link, the visitor should stop and read the privacy notice on that site before typing anything. A report about a broken or misleading link is welcome at support@redroxz.buzz.

17. Changes to this policy

We review this policy when the bench changes the way it works. A new service, a new carrier, a new payment route or a change in the law can all prompt an update. When a change is made, the date at the top of the page moves to the date of the revision, and a material change is also described in a short note so a returning reader does not have to compare the whole document from memory.

A change that expands the use of existing information will not be applied to information already collected without a fair notice. Where the law requires it, we will ask for permission again. The current version of the policy is always the one published on this page.

18. How to reach us

Questions about this policy, a request to see or delete information, a concern about how a message was handled, or a report about a privacy problem at the depot can all be raised through the contacts below. A written message is best because it gives the bench a record to work from.

Redroxz limited liability company
580 E Virginia St
Murray - 84107-5024
United States (US)
Email: support@redroxz.buzz
Phone: +19796004184

Messages are read by the person who handles the bench paperwork and are answered in the order they arrive. A caller who needs a same day reply should use the phone number and mention that the matter is a privacy request. If a visitor is not satisfied with the answer, they can ask for the matter to be reviewed again in writing, and the response will explain the reason for the decision and the options that remain.

Thank you for taking the time to read this policy. The bench would rather explain how it handles a name, an address or a crate record than leave a visitor guessing.
