Terms of Service

Effective: 23 October 2026. These terms govern the use of the website redroxz.buzz and every sale, cut, fitting and reseal carried out by Redroxz limited liability company.

Home Services Contact Privacy Policy Terms of Service

These terms of service are the agreement between a visitor or a buyer and Redroxz limited liability company, a salt stone bench and trading business at 580 E Virginia St, Murray - 84107-5024, United States (US). The stone is natural, the work is manual and the crates are heavy, so the rules below describe how an order is placed, how it is cut and finished, what happens if something arrives wrong, and what each side can and cannot ask of the other.

Please read this page before confirming a job. A confirmed order means the buyer accepts these terms, unless a separate written agreement signed by both sides says something different, in which case the signed agreement controls for that job.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By reading this website, sending a brief to the bench or placing an order, a person agrees to these terms. A person who does not accept them should stop using the site and should not confirm an order. These terms apply to consumers, trade buyers, installers, designers and anyone acting for a business.

A business buyer who accepts these terms confirms that the person confirming the order is authorised to bind that business. If the buyer is ordering for a client, the buyer remains responsible for payment and for passing on the care instructions that ship with the stone.

These terms sit alongside the privacy policy published on this site. The privacy policy explains how information is handled, and it is treated as part of the agreement between the bench and the buyer.

2. Who we are and what we sell

Redroxz limited liability company operates a salt block bench at its Murray depot. The business grades raw himalayan block, cuts and finishes it, and supplies cooking slab kits, spa wall panels, lamp stone fittings, custom block cuts, wholesale crate lots and a care and reseal service. The depot address is:

We are a stone supplier and a light fabricator. We are not an installer, an electrician, a plumber or a structural engineer. Where a job needs a licensed trade, the buyer arranges that trade, and these terms do not make the bench responsible for work carried out by someone else.

3. Use of this website

The pages on this site are provided so a visitor can understand the services, read the policies and get in touch. A visitor may read the pages, print a copy for personal or internal business use, and share a link to a page.

A visitor must not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses without written permission, place a scripted load on it, scrape it for commercial use, or present its content as their own. A visitor must not use the contact route to send unlawful, threatening or deceptive messages, or messages that carry malware.

We try to keep descriptions, sizes and notes accurate, but a page is a summary and not a specification. The written quote and the signed dimension sheet for a job are the controlling documents for that job, and they override any figure that appears on a web page.

4. Quotes and pricing

A quote is prepared after the bench knows the service, the grade, the size, the finish and the delivery point. A quote is valid for the period printed on it and, if no period is printed, for thirty days from the date it is issued.

  • Prices are stated in the currency shown on the quote.
  • A quote covers the work described in it and nothing else.
  • Carriage, lifting equipment, stair access and duties are included only where the quote says so.
  • A change to a size, a grade or a finish after a quote is issued may change the price and the lead time.
  • A quote is not an order and does not reserve a block from the stack.

Where the price of a raw block or a carriage rate rises sharply between a quote and a confirmation, we may withdraw the quote and issue a new one before work begins. We will not raise a price after a buyer has confirmed and paid against a valid quote.

5. Orders and confirmation

An order exists when the buyer accepts a quote in writing and the bench confirms it in return, either by email from support@redroxz.buzz or by a written confirmation handed over at the depot. A message asking for information is not an order. A verbal instruction is treated as a request for a written quote, not as a confirmed order.

Once confirmed, an order enters the bench schedule. Stock cooking kits and wall panel sets are usually boxed within a few working days. A custom cut waits for a signed dimension sheet. A lamp shade waits for the slow lathe and the burn test. A reseal job waits until the stone has arrived and been logged.

The buyer must check the confirmation carefully, including the grade, the dimensions, the finish, the delivery address and the contact phone number. Corrections should be sent as soon as possible. Once the saw has started on a custom piece, a correction may not be possible and may be treated as a cancellation under the returns section.

6. Natural stone and variation

Every block is a piece of natural stone. Colour, vein, seam density and surface texture vary from block to block and from seam to seam. A sample, a photograph or a colour card shows the range that the current lot produces; it is not a promise that a delivered piece will match the sample exactly.

Small pits, hairline grain lines, colour banding and slight size variation are normal features of the material and are not defects. A piece with a crack that opens under normal use, a hollow that weakens a wall, or a finish that fails through no fault of the buyer is a different matter, and it is handled under the warranty section.

We grade on the bench and pull anything that fails a tap, a light test or a weight check. A buyer who needs a very close colour match should order all panels or all slabs from a single lot, and should say so at the time of the order.

7. Custom cuts and bespoke work

A custom cut is made to a drawing. The buyer supplies a sketch, a template or a sample, and the bench returns a dimensioned sheet with a tolerance printed on the face. The piece is cut only after the buyer signs or formally approves that sheet.

  • The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions and the template supplied.
  • The buyer is responsible for checking that the drawing suits the site before work begins.
  • We will flag a dimension that looks physically impossible for the stone, but the final decision on a feasible size remains a matter for the signed sheet.
  • Custom pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they are cut for one place and one buyer.
  • A custom piece that fails to meet the approved drawing is replaced or corrected at our cost.

Off cuts from a custom job remain the property of the bench unless the quote says otherwise. Where a buyer has paid for a full block, the off cuts that belong to that block can be released to the buyer on request before the lot is closed.

8. Safe use of cooking slabs

A cooking slab is a thick piece of stone that stores and releases heat. It works well when it is warmed slowly and used with care, and it fails when it is treated like a metal pan.

  • Warm the slab gradually, following the heating card supplied with the kit.
  • Never place a cold slab on a fierce burner or a hot slab under cold water.
  • Use the steel cradle supplied, so the slab sits level and does not rock.
  • Lift the stone with two hands or with the handles supplied, never by the corner.
  • Rest a hot slab on a heat safe surface, not on a wooden counter or a cloth.
  • Do not season with oil at a temperature above the guidance on the card.
  • Keep children and pets away from the stone while it is warming.

A crack caused by thermal shock from a sudden change in temperature is not covered by the warranty. A crack that appears in a slab that was warmed correctly and used within the guidance is covered, and the bench will replace or credit it.

9. Spa panels and installation

Spa wall panels are supplied for installation by a competent fitter. The bench cuts the panels, bevels the mating edges, drills to the supplied template and seals the back face. The bench does not fix the panels to a wall and does not design the backing structure.

The buyer or the installer must confirm that the wall, the adhesive, the fixing method and the waterproofing system are suitable for the weight of the stone. A stone wall is heavy, and a backing that is sound for tile may not be sound for a full panel run. A layout sheet is supplied so the panels can be dry fitted before they are fixed; we strongly recommend that the colour flow is checked at that stage.

Damage caused by an unsuitable backing, a wrong adhesive or a fixing that was not designed for the load is the responsibility of the installer. A panel that is wrong against the agreed dimensions or that shows a defect present before installation is handled under the returns section.

10. Lamp fittings and electrical safety

Lamp stone fittings are supplied with a brass collar, a felt seat and a cord set. The cord set is checked at the plug before the fitting is boxed, and every shade is burned for four hours on the bench to look for heat marks or a loose collar.

  • The fitting must be connected to a mains supply by a competent person where local rules require it.
  • The bulb rating on the fitting card must not be exceeded.
  • The fitting is not suitable for a wet area unless the card says so.
  • The stone shade should be supported when the lamp is moved, not lifted by the cord.
  • A fitting that shows a heat mark, a loose collar or a damaged cord must be switched off and reported to the bench.

The bench is not responsible for an electrical installation made by another party. A fitting that fails because of its own cord set or its own stone wall within the warranty period is repaired or replaced at our cost.

11. Care and reseal service

The reseal service takes a tired piece, strips the old finish, brings the block to a low moisture reading and lays a fresh coat suited to the use. A piece sent for reseal is logged and photographed on arrival.

The bench will tell the owner if a block is beyond saving. In that case we will not apply a coat that cannot hold, and we will offer a replacement cut from the current stack at a price quoted for that piece. Reseal work carries a limited warranty on the finish, described in the warranty section, and does not extend the life of a block that has a structural crack.

Carriage to the depot for reseal work is paid by the owner unless the quote says otherwise. The bench is not responsible for stone that is damaged on the way to the depot; that risk sits with the sender until the piece is logged in.

12. Payment terms

Payment terms are stated on the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, a new trade buyer pays a deposit before the bench starts and the balance before dispatch, and a consumer buyer pays in full before a crate is released.

  • An invoice is payable in the currency and to the account shown on it.
  • A payment reference must be included so the bench can match a payment to an order.
  • Bank charges are borne by the payer.
  • A dispatched crate may be held by a carrier if a balance remains unpaid.
  • A late payment may attract interest at a rate stated on the invoice, where the law allows it.

We do not store a full card number and we do not take payment details over a web form. A payment is completed through a bank transfer or a payment route that the bench names in writing.

13. Delivery and risk

Delivery is arranged to the address agreed on the confirmation. A crate travels on a pallet and is heavy, so the buyer should confirm that the route, the door width, the lift and the unloading equipment are suitable before dispatch.

  • A delivery window is an estimate. A carrier can be delayed by weather, traffic or a route change.
  • The buyer must be available to receive the crate or must name a person who can sign for it.
  • A failed delivery may be charged again if the carrier has to return.
  • Risk in the stone passes to the buyer when the crate is signed for, or when the carrier leaves it at a safe place agreed in advance.
  • Visible damage should be noted on the delivery sheet at the door and photographed before the crate is opened further.

Where the bench arranges carriage, we will help chase a carrier and file a claim for a damaged crate. Where the buyer arranges carriage, the claim sits with the buyer and the buyer carrier, and we will supply the packing photographs and the lot sheet needed to support it.

14. Returns, faults and remedies

Because the products are natural stone and many are cut to order, the return route depends on the item.

  • A stock item that is unused and in its original packing may be returned within the period stated on the invoice, subject to a restocking charge and the cost of carriage back to the depot.
  • A custom cut, a bespoke plinth or a made to measure panel cannot be returned for a change of mind.
  • A reseal job is a service and cannot be returned once the finish has been applied.
  • An item that is faulty, wrongly described or wrong against the signed drawing is repaired, replaced or credited at our cost.
  • A claim for a damaged crate should be made within the period stated on the invoice and should include the delivery sheet and photographs.

The bench will inspect a returned piece before deciding on a remedy. Where a remedy is a credit, the credit is applied to the original payment route or set against the next order at the buyer request. These terms do not reduce any right that a consumer holds under the consumer law of the place where the buyer lives.

15. Warranty and disclaimers

We warrant that a piece will match the grade and the dimensions stated on the confirmation, and that it will be free from a structural defect that was present when it left the bench.

  • A cooking slab is warranted against a manufacturing crack under normal use for the period stated on the kit card.
  • A spa panel is warranted against a defect in cutting, bevel or back seal for the period stated on the lot sheet.
  • A lamp fitting is warranted against a fault in the collar, the seat or the cord set for the period stated on the fitting card.
  • A reseal finish is warranted for the period stated on the service label.

The warranty does not cover thermal shock, impact damage, misuse, a wrong adhesive, an unsuitable backing, an over rated bulb, a repair made by another party, or the ordinary colour change that natural stone undergoes over time. The warranty is offered to the original buyer and is not transferable unless a written agreement says otherwise. The site and its content are provided on a reasonable effort basis, without a promise that every page is free from error at every moment.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, the liability of Redroxz limited liability company for a claim connected to an order or to this website is limited to the price paid for the specific piece or service that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of trade, loss of a booking, the cost of removing or reinstalling a panel, the cost of alternative stone bought in a hurry, or any indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for a delay caused by a carrier, a port, a weather event or another party outside the bench.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where the law of a consumer home gives a right that is stronger than this section, that right prevails and this section is read down only as far as it must be.

17. Intellectual property

The text, layout, drawings, photographs and page designs on this site belong to Redroxz limited liability company or are used with permission. A visitor may read and share a link, but may not copy a page for a commercial site, republish a photograph as their own or use the name or the badge of the company in a way that suggests a partnership that does not exist.

A drawing or a template sent to the bench by a buyer remains the property of that buyer. We keep a copy as part of the order record and we do not publish it or reuse it for another customer. A photograph of a finished piece is used on the site only after permission has been given, and permission can be withdrawn at any time.

18. Acceptable conduct

The depot is a working yard with saws, wet benches, a lathe and heavy stone. A visitor who comes to the door must follow the instructions of the bench staff, must not enter a marked cutting area, and must wear the eye protection offered before a demonstration.

In correspondence, a visitor must not send abusive, threatening or discriminatory material, must not impersonate another buyer, and must not use the contact route to send a commercial offer that has no connection to the bench. We may decline an order, end a conversation or refuse entry to the yard where conduct makes the bench unsafe or the work impossible.

19. Privacy and personal information

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy published on this site. That policy explains what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is kept and how a person can ask to see or delete it.

In short, the bench asks for the details a crate, a delivery or a reseal job needs, keeps the records that traceability and the law require, and does not sell a contact list. A request about personal information can be sent to support@redroxz.buzz or raised by phone on +19796004184.

20. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the bench changes its services, its carriers or its paperwork. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top moves when a change is made. An order is governed by the version of these terms in force on the date the order is confirmed.

These terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the state in which the depot is located, without regard to conflict of law rules. A dispute should first be raised in writing with the bench so that the order file can be reviewed and a practical answer offered. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction where the law allows. A consumer keeps the right to bring a claim in the courts of their own home country where local law grants that right.

If one part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a term on one occasion is not a waiver of that term on a later occasion.

21. Contacting the bench

Questions about these terms, a problem with an order, a warranty claim or a dispute can all be sent to the depot. Please include the order reference, the lot mark and a description of the issue so the bench can pull the right file.
